- Development schedule / application / financing comittments / permits & transfers / const. start / final inspection / occupancy / interest adjustment date /
- Construction schedule / site prep / driveway /excavation/ foundation/ framing-walls-roof/ siding/ windows, exteriors doors/ plumbing, electrical & mechanical rough-in / insulation, drywall & paint /cabinets/finish carpentry/ landscaping
