This section reviews the requirements for the First Nation Housing Manager to develop a construction management process.

This section provides information on conducting land assessment in First Nations and links to agencies and guidebooks, sample forms and reports.

Qualifications

This section provides the Housing Manager with the tools to create procurement tools to invite companies to qualify for bidding on their project by providing them with an outline of the project and technical evaluation criteria.

Inspections

This section reviews the process to ensure the project is completed with a quality control process and regular inspections.

Personnel

This section will guide you through developing a project team and include members from the various Band Administration departments. The various departments within the band administration will have inputs and responsibilities that directly relate to the project. It is important to not only align the operations of Lands and Housing it is also very prudent to advice and inform other departments.
